Shipping Information
Thank you for choosing LaserTonor. We are dedicated to ensuring your order is processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below you’ll find details about our order handling, shipping process, and support.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing time may be extended slightly. If there is a substantial delay in preparing your shipment, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Limitations

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Each order can only be shipped to a single delivery address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii (additional charges may apply). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you need to update your address, email us at services@lasertonor.com within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify your shipping details.
Receiving Delivery
As our laser engraving machines are high-value items, we recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
If you are unable to accept delivery during the estimated window, please contact the shipping carrier directly to make alternate delivery arrangements.
Once the shipment is received and signed for (either by you or someone on your behalf), the package is considered delivered and accepted.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please report the issue to LaserTonor Support within 7 business days at services@lasertonor.com.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third-party shipping providers. However, we will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed for claims.
