Refund & Return Policy

At LaserTonor, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund guidelines.


Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to orders placed through LaserTonor’s official website. If your product was purchased through an authorized reseller or another platform (e.g., Amazon, Kickstarter), please refer to that specific seller’s return policy.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your item was delivered.

Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us within 14 calendar days. Returns sent after this period may be refused.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and any included gifts.

  • Once received, all returns will undergo a quality check before any refund is processed.


Special Return Conditions

1. Items Damaged or Incorrect Upon Arrival
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping costs in such cases.

2. Product Issues After 14 Days
If your device malfunctions or develops defects after the return period but within the warranty period, please contact our support team for a warranty claim.

3. Customer-Induced Damage
Products that have been misused, modified, or disassembled without authorization are not eligible for return or refund. However, our support team is available to help with repairs or replacement parts if needed.

4. Missing Items
Returns must include all original components and packaging. Returns missing accessories or promotional gifts may result in a partial refund or rejection.

5. Bundled Items
If you purchased a bundle deal, the full bundle must be returned. We cannot accept partial returns from bundled offers.

6. Consumables and Spare Parts
Due to logistics and quality control concerns, consumable materials and spare parts are not returnable.


How to Request a Return

Please send your return request to support@lasertonor.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, screenshots)

Our support team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the return process.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the correct return address and further instructions.


Return Packaging & Shipping Notes

  • Returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • All items must be packed using the original box and packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.

  • If shipped to the wrong address or lost in transit, LaserTonor will not be responsible.

Refund Process

Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, the amount may take up to another 7 days to appear in your account.

Refund Deductions

If the product is returned without any quality issue, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • A restocking fee (based on the item’s condition)

Note: Banks and payment processors may apply their own fees, which could slightly alter your final refund amount.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If you want the refund transferred to another account, please consult with your bank directly.


Order Cancellation

We aim to process orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • In-stock items: If the order has already entered the fulfillment stage, it may not be possible to cancel.

  • Pre-orders: If your product hasn't shipped yet, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your cancellation request.

If it’s too late to cancel, you may request a return after receiving the package.

Do not file a dispute or chargeback, as this can significantly delay your refund process.

Avoid refusing delivery (e.g., by not paying customs or refusing to sign), as it may result in the product being returned, destroyed, or lost. Any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

LaserTonor may update this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
